My path
I have been a self-employed interim manager in HR since 2020. Before that, I worked as a recruitment consultant and head of recruiting. At some point I no longer wanted just to advise – I wanted to own the results myself.
My degree in business administration and more than 15 mandates in over ten industries shape the way I work: structured, pragmatic, close to the client. Thinking strategically, delivering operationally.
Why self-employed
The freedom to truly shape HR. Different industries, different challenges – and mandates that I lead from start to finish on my own responsibility.
As an independent entrepreneur, not as part of a client’s line organisation. That creates clarity for both sides.
